When buying video cards.?

what is really exalted when i compare video cards? like...mem clock, core clock, pixle spread rate, texture fill rate, pipelines, mem bandwidth, etc..

Answer:
The speed is perdominatly determined by a combo of the memory click, the core clock, pixel pipes, and amount of memory (if you're using DX10 cards, stream processors). The best bearing though to determine the speed is to look at benchmarks. This is because there are multipul factor, so you can see how well they work together. Anandtech.com have tons of benchmarks, if they don't have them for the card you're looking for, google turn upside down for the card with the word benchmarks.

The you draw from what you pay for is no more applicable to graphics cards later any other component of a computer. I got a 7600GS for $65, which is better after most $80 cards I could get.
you can see beside ur own eyes whats better, test a hobby on it and compare whats smoother, faster, yada yada..i would go for an ATI card
My nouns is GeForce. Anything by nVIDIA and you won't go wrong.

Typically price dictates power (you seize what you pay for).
The most meaningful factor when choosing a card is the Direct-X version and features it supports. If you want to be surrounded by on today's gaming, the card should support DX9 or better. In Nvidia's cards you'll want features like Shader Model 3.0 and HDR (High Dynamic Range.) Pretty much any GeForce 7 series card will be so-so.

The Radeon cards I've looked at don't have "Shader Model 3.0" but a similar point with essentially alike function. I don't know as much about Radeon, but rest assured getting a card near full DX9 support will allow you to play nearly all games currently available.

As for the logical specs like clock rates, number of pipelines, and riddle rates...

In my opinion you should look at memory amount first

My GeForce 7900 GS is 256MB and it runs great, but I wouldn't settle for any smaller amount than 256
