I own a dell laptop and i dont know what to do to back it up save for burning everything onto cd's... like use what a fastener drive? an external hard drive.. and how do you use them
Answer:
The best and easiest approach is to just capture an external USB or Firewire hard drive. No trick within using them. Just buy it, unpack and plug it into your computer. Both Windows and Mac will auto-detect the drive and mount it so you can use it just resembling you do your C: or Macintosh HD drives that are in your computer. To "use" it, purely copy the files over that you want to back up or use the simple software that comes beside most drives to do auto-backups of files you want to keep risk-free. Easy.
