I know there's a way to change the smoothness of the scrolling, I just can't remember where it is. I few days ago my computer caught a virus and I had to dump the whole thing and reformat the hard drive. Ever since then the scrolling motion had been jerky and slow.

u may need a third party mouse driver if its a fancy mouse ... but it should be in mouse settings in control panel ..
