You need a better case for cooling.

Then just overclock some GTX's and save yourself $200+. Because the Ultras are just factory overclocked GTX's.
I suggest not using water cooling since theres a slight possibility of leaks. You may want to invest in an Antec 9 Hundred (use all/by extra fans) or an Nivdia (spelling maybe incorrect) SLI case...(I believe Coolmasters manufactures the case.)

You may also want to invest in a temperature gauge that uses one of the expansion bays.
If it leaks you're screwd, besides that water cooling really isn't the way to go at all. You could put in another fan, possibly 2 and that will suffice, but my advice would be to forget overclocking as it can fry the mainframe. You'd be better off just upgrading or buying a new computer altogether.
