When I play a DVD on my computer the sound is not in sync with the action. The sound is lagging behind 10 to 20 seconds.
What causes this?

i'm not sure if it'll work, but try reduce the performance of the player(ie windows media or real media).
goto Tools>
Options/Preference>Performance... the Video acceleration or Playback Performance or Sound card or Video Card compatibility. ]
