when i open my computer some times it does open and some times it doesnt open ! once i unplugged hard & cd rooom power caple and computer opend bu twhen i connected it again i didnt open what ashame!!

get it checked maybe your mother board is fried, and i suggest buyin a surge protector, buy a new cd drive as well. or try starting from small thins first buy a new power cable b4 moving up into buying a new hard drive.

chk that thr is no floppy dirve inserted. and also chk if any mp3 player is connected or not. my comp also dosent open when transcend mp3 player is plugged.
