Lost 18GB of strong drive next to Nero support up.please help out?

Since you are referring to space Nero did a backup for you and placed the backup on your concrete drive, probably as an .iso file.
I assume you be backing up 18 Gb of background, that's why your hard drive is showing smaller number space, because it is using up 18 Gb more room for the back-up.
What you should do is get another strong drive, preferable an external since those are usually plug and play and then back-up your background to the external drive. You don't even really need any backup software to do this.
If you want an exact copy of your complicated drive to be backed up to the external drive, you can use Nero, but Norton's "Ghost" is the best utility for this.

18gb is a whole nouns of space to be backing up.
If you back it up using NERO it should have created an picture file and that should still be on your harddrive somewhere.
Open NERO as if you are going to do another backup and see where on earth it intends to store the file (target directory) afterwards open that report and access the image or copy it rear to the harddrive.

it denote u have a Virus pelt inside your harddrive and u need delete adjectives your harddrive u will done with it and u own need a investigational window for it if u does u have need of pull your significant folder in your Blank Cd And u want a cd with no unauthorized it will be better than Copy Xp Cd or Vista Cd
