Answers:
I broke my music down into categories (takes a while with 8GB) alphabetically. then i put as much would fit one each CD, so i have about 10 or 11 CD's with only music in mp3 format on them. About the game, break it down the same way. However, it might not work if you dont have an installation cd unless it's the full game (or doesnt need one?)
usb hardrives are cheap now, you could go online and find a used small one that would probably be a great deal.
if not that then find someone who owns a usb hardrive and borrow it from them.
Read this site carefully, it explains how to do it.

4 GB and up ...
You need a backup anyway ...
The only way i can think of is install nero. it is a cd writing program . u probably must have cd writer. in nero select back up. while backing up uncheck coloumn where files have to be compressed. and start writing if 1st cd bcomes full they will ask u to enter 2nd cd and on ... and u can store all ur files
pls select as best answer
Get the program WinRar or WinAce. Download the trial versions because your pc is gonna be wiped anyway. Install then make sure all the files are in a single folder so its easier. Then right-click the folder and you will see the option "Add to archive..." then click that. In the window you are in, click the type of compression file of ZIP or RAR and do the compression method of what you want. If you are in a hurry, do store option. If you have some time, do Good or Best. Then split the volumes in to 700 mb sizes then it will make all the files into one then split it so it is easier to put into CDs. Make sure when you put the files back into you computer, put them all into one place or area then open and drag. Have fun.
There is another option. You can backup your data on CD's that you already have. You need to enable "multiple disk spanning" in your backup program. That way, when the end of one CD is reached, the program will prompt you for another and continue to copy your data. Just be sure to number the CD's so that you can restore the data easier at a later date.
Hope this helps.
