If you are asking what would survive a fire later most any hard drive will survive some warmness and smoke. I have done several fire salvage and the hard drives be always perfect, even when the keyboards and monitors melted.
That is not wise saying that a drive couldn't melt it's casing if the heat be intense enough, but I don't suppose there is a drive anywhere that touts itself as fire proof.
