My speakers were working fine but my mum wanted me to do windows update for her. I Installed a new sound driver from Windows update and the speakers have stopped working. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the speakers and driver but it doesnt work. i have tried doing a system restore aswell but my mum has so much stuff on here thats not working either! she has gone away for a week and i have to get it working before she gets back. any help?
Answers:
Go into Device Manager, click the sound card, then the driver tab, then click RollBack Driver
That should return you to the driver you were using before.
