about a day now... i've bulid a computer but when i'm ready to turn it on it won't start, all that's on is the two light in front which stay on, the try keyboard lights which also stays on and the fans. i check the memory , check the hard drive n its setting, the fan over the processor i also check and it still wont come on. there's no beeping sound. what could be the problem?

Looks to me like motherboard is not getting (good) power. Might be bad power supply or bad motherboard. Try swapping parts to isolate problem.
