you need more RAM, find out your type and pick it up
Your system can't fiddle with the load. You could try closing perspective programs or processes, or just running at a lower point
if u have 512 Mb RAM and a honourable video card - u should be OK. if not what's up is u may have too various background processes running. U want to download sw such as Adaware (download.com) and do some scanning. Removed adjectives the rogue background processes and your system should be ok. also remember to clear your cookies and Internet Temp files.
