How do i see all every thing that on my hard drive such as pic?

some thing are hidden by default on your hard drive like files related to the operating system. if you browse your hard drive and you cant find it, click on the search button in My Computer and search for the name of the file.
if your trying to browse all pictures on your hard drive, get irfanview , it comes with a thumbnail viewer application inwhich you can scan your entire partition for all images
