With RAM if u have two different speeds of sticks pc2100(266) and pc2700(333mhz) will it run at 333 or 266 mhz

Answers:
it will run fine on lower speed as modern ram modules r backward compatible so in ur case that wld be 266 mhz but the two ram sticks need to be of same capacity for them to work smoothly also ram sticks of same company will be more compatible and less susceptible to random crashes
Unless your motherboard allows you to customize your RAM's timing, it won't work at all. Even if you do, your system is liable to be EXTREMELY unstable.

You need memory that is the same speed.
With any type of RAM speed differences, your RAM will always run at the lower speed.
