Is Geforce 6200 PCI express card better or 7600 AGP ??
Answer:
Well, first make sure of which slot you own, since it's very unlikely you enjoy both PCI-E and AGP, but to let you know, the 6200 is a peice of scrap. It will barely run eigher of those games on low settings.
If your looking for something i.e. ok then capture the Geforce 6200. It's able to run games pretty resourcefully in commonplace settings, and the 7600 is good for glorious settings.
No,it`s not.
The 6200 is a NV43 derivative, meaning it is built on like peas in a pod 0.11-micron (110nm) process on which the 6600 is built. In fact, the two chips are virtually exchangeable with the 6200 have only 4 moving pixel pipelines on its die. There is one other architectural difference between the 6200 and the rest of the GeForce 6 family, and i.e. the lack of any color or z-compression support contained by the memory controller. Color and Z-compression are wonderful ways of reducing the memory bandwidth overhead of enabling technology such as anti-aliasing. So, without support for that compression, we can expect the 6200 to pocket a bigger hit when turning on AA and anisotropic filtering. The benefit here is that the 6200 doesn't enjoy the fill rate or the memory bandwidth to run most games at difficult resolutions. Therefore, those who buy the 6200 won't be able to play at resolutions where on earth the lack of color and z-compression would really event with AA enabled.
