Can you switch a pinned mouse input to a usb?

I have a wireless mouse/keyboard combo and the mouse input was damaged in a move. The pins are all bent and can't be fixed. Is there any way to cut of the end and convert it to usb or am i stuck with a dead mouse

Answers:
Dead Mouse. There are converters that you could use if the pins were intact. Re-splicing is not an option. Buy a new mouse. :)
yes just get the hub from a store .plug in to ur usb then you can use .make sure you have a usb pin before that
