How do i get AGAIN full capacity on my 250GB Hard Disk?

i accidentaly deleted a partition of ~125 GB. Now it says that only 11 megas are unasigned. i know there are tools that can fix that but i need to re-install everything. i want to get the full capacity without the need of doing that. any software in mind?

Answers:
A tool like partition magic should be able to fix it.

Create the partition again?

Or how about extending the existing partition using a partition manager so it occupies the whole disk? Partition magic (commercial) or Ranish Partition Manager (shareware?) among other programs will do this without destroying the data already on disk.
Switch to a 64bit OS, from a 32bit one, the 32bit one can only access 128GB.
