mkk. I have a Apple PowerBook G4. Last night, i decided to put some of the applicaitions (Safari, iTunes, SYSTEM PREFERENCES, etc.) on my desktop. So i did, and i decided that i didnt like them. so i put them in the trash can, and then i emptyed the trash can. I thought it didnt matter, because the applications were still on the dock. but then today i found out that those applications dont work! I clicked to open them&& it shows up as "applicaion can not be opened beause it is i the Trash. to open it, remove it from the trash". But i emptyed the trash&& now they're gone! IM ONLY 13!! IDKK WHAT TO DO! PLEASE HELP! how do i get them back!??!?!

You need to re-install Safari, System Preferences etc. from the Install Disks, iTunes you can download and install, using the custom install feature in the original Install Disk.

just re-install them from the disc you got when you got the computer
ok let me answer your question with another question, Why did you buy an apple? iPod fine, computer, not a good idea...
