In the first case, the only option is to contact service center or their phone support team to reset the password. In the second case, you should perform a system recover 9reinstall Operating system)
That's easy. Either buy a password reset disk, availible for around 3 bucks on eBay, or if you still have them, try system restore or system recovery discs, which will set the computer back to factory settings.
Also, if there are other accounts on the computer, go on another account, go to Start, the Control Panel, then User Accounts. Then, click your original account and change password.
Plus, make sure you're not on CAPS LOCK when typing password.
