my toshiba laptop sometimes cant access the internet. i use wifi, and the internet is active. iv tested it using my psp. and it takes a realy long time to shut down, sometimes. what could it be?

depending on what type router you are useing you may be to far away from it and it can slow it down . and you may also have a lot of junck files on it you may need a reg cleaner . such as defender pro by ashampoo .
