Which Laptop is good for me? Lots for answers please!?

I want a laptop for gaming (Sims 2) and internet. I'm looking for a laptop with good RAM and a graphics card. Also, it needs to be in my price range . . . $600-$650 no more than $700. These are some that I've found that I'm pretty close to getting.

This last laptop has a different graphics card and I'm not sure if it's better or not. I want to be able to run the Sims 2 game with about 3-4 expansion packs. Which one is best? Do I go with better graphics but less RAM and Memory?

ALSO, if you suggest a better laptop or one that you own that you think will be good for me please add! Again it must be in price range!

PLEASE LOTS OF ANSWERS!

I think the vostro 1000 is a smart choice. Its fairly cheap $649 and comes with twice as much ram as the other 2 which your going to need for gaming.Processor is average. The intel processor on the vostro 1500 is the best choice as far as processing with 2mb of L2 cache but the 2gb of memory on the vostro 1000 seems like you get more for your buck.Vostro 1000 seems like the smart way to go.
well even if your video card runs out of ram it will eat into the system memory so thats not such a big deal, but i know the sims game and it's nexer kind on a computer, you should go with the best video card you can get for the smothest game play, also i would try and save up a little more money then 700 for a computer that you want to handle the sims, it will be well worth it none of the dels you picked are bad but for them to really shine for the sims i had them all priced around 850-900
Well for those prices you will have to go with Dell. You will not need a full gaming laptop to do what you need to do. You will have to try to get a good graphics card but still not be low on RAM since it all works together. What I would do is to get the better graphics card and just buy another stick of RAM in the future to upgrade. It is much quicker to upgrade ram than the graphics card. The computers you picked out are very good for what you want to do. You should be able to get done with what you need with those computers. Really there is not another kind of computer I could find through Dell to fit your price range.
Hey there. A rule I keep in my head whenever I purchase just about anything is you get what you pay for. If you want something decent for gaming (especially a laptop) you're probably going to have to sacrifice something in order to get the processing power you need to run the games smoothly. See if you can get low hard drive space and purchase an external drive later on or get a cheaper sound system. The best thing to do would be to actually call dell and tell them your situation. They usually are pretty good at solving small problems like these. I was going to purchase a laptop for studio recording and they were really helpful.

I think this one is good enough for you:

Acer Aspire 5610-2708F Notebook - Intel Pentium Dual-core T2060 1.6GHz - 15.4" WXGA - 512MB DDR2 SDRAM - 80GB - DVD-Writer (DVD-RAM/ - LX.AXL0Y.006)

It will cost not more than $700 CAD.
The best laptop for you is a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092. I have one, and I love it. I would highly recommend it. You shouldn't get a Dell because they're very unreliable.
