What parts of the computer are we able to sell?

We have a Dell Latitude Notebook. About 3 years ago, it got a virus or something and Windows will no longer load on it. When you boot it up, it will say that something is missing or corrupt (I can't remeber). All you can do is go into the computer's BIOS.

Answers:
instead of selling the parts, buy a Dell branded Windows CD off of Ebay and boot off of it. Then choose the restore options and run chkdsk /r.

This should fix your problem. There is nothing wrong with that laptop.
If you still want to sell it, you can sell the lcd bezel, screen, top cover, video cable, lcd inverter, keyboard, power cover, memory door, hard drive, hard drive caddy, memory, wireless card, dvdORCd drive, palmrest, power supply, battery, bottom plastics.etc.

good luck
Something like Norton Anti-virus installation usually scan your hard-disk to make sure there are no virus before installing itself. Have you tried that?
