Video card & Games?
Answers:
When you say it's not 'full screen', do you mean that there's black around the edges, or is it running in a window on your desktop where you can see your desktop around the edges?
If it's the first, then it's probably because you have a wide-screen laptop and you need to change the resolution settings, Within the game, to match the settings of your screen. Most wide-screen laptops have a default resolution of 1440x900.
If you have an LCD TV, it may be auto-stretching the video image that you're sending, to fit the LCD. Or your TV has a default resolution of 1024x768 or something similar, which the game is set for.
Look in the game's configuration options.
