How do you clean the internal fan in a laptop?

I was just wondering how you guys clean it? My fan is like trapped with total dust and it seems to have a problem cooling the machine. I use a Dell Latitude D500 Model and there is no visble screws around it. Should I open all the screws??

Answers:
One thing to try without disassembly is use a small opening nozzle on a vaccuum cleaner. Draw the flow in the reverse of normal intake. A can of compressed air can be used in the exhaust fins to increase air flow, and dislodge lint and dust. Beyond that I recommend taking it to a professional.
You need to take the case to bits. Not for the faint hearted or someone who doesn't know what they are doing.
