Most likely, but you'll have to go to someplace like CompUSA (a free tip: NEVER EVER GO TO A GENERIC PLACE LIKE CIRCUIT CITY, THEY WILL SERIOUSLY MESS YOU UP AND OVERCHARGE YOU!) If anything, you may have to buy new equipment.
do the printers and other accessories require usb ports, if they do then u can buy a usb port splitter thingy, there really good and they're goin for cheap, you can also get them with card readers built in, if thats not what you want then you need to tell me what kinda printer you have bcoz that way i can c if you can buy different wires that connect via usb to ur laptop
YOU HAVE TO HOOK UP THE EQUIPMENT TO THE USUAL PORTS SUCH AS THE PARALLEL PORTS OR MAYBE EVEN THE SERIAL PORT. THEY MADE THE USB PORTS TO OVERCOME THE DISADVANTAGES OF ONLY BEING ABLE TO HOOK UP ONLY TWO PERIPHERALS TO YOUR COMPUTER. NO SUCH ADAPTER IS AVAILABLE.
USB Hub Could solve your problem, from the only USB u will get atleast 4 USB.
