Is the NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 6150 a good graphic card?
Answers:
its an overall mediocre card ... its better than integrated graphics but still kinda weak for playing new graphic intensive games...
its an old card (were in the 8000s now) but for a laptop its not bad, it wont be great for gaming, but at least its not a intel graphics excellrator
Unfortunately.. it's not that good of a graphics card. In fact, it's an integrated graphics chip which means it doesn't have its own dedicated RAM and must share system processing power like the other integrated graphics chips like Intel GMA 950 or Intel X3100. Though the X3100 is lightyears ahead of the Intel GMA and 6150. But as I've said, it's an integrated graphics processor and it's just severely crippled by lack of dedicated RAM and it won't be able to game much, maybe on a few 1 year old games a low to medium settings. Overall, the 6150 is better than the Intel GMA 950(Basic graphics that almost everything uses if it doesn't have a graphics card) but worse than almost every other graphics card out there for laptops. Sorry
i have that same vid card in my laptop and get about 80 -140 fps in counterstrike source but source is more of a cpu hogg then a video card u better make sure u have a good cpu and ram to be able to handle some games out there oh and a ihave 2 8800 gts 320mb oc in my desktop those are some beasts i recommend a laptop that has dual core processor if it then ur good to go dude
