Depends on the age of your LT most of the recent models allow you to upgrade to at least 2GBS. 2 good online sellers are Fry's and New Egg.

Go to your local comp USA and purchase a memory stick that plugs in to your usb port. If I have alot of information that I want to save but don't want to use up my memory on my hard drive I use memory sticks.
yes and no if u have windows vista there is a way in vista u can use flash drives to add to ur memory
As long as your laptop supports up to 2G, yes. And no, you don't need Vista to do it. That's ridiculous.
