What is the best wireless broadband card out there?

There is no "best". It all depends on what area you live in and what works best in your area. Verizon works well on the east coast. Do know that its like a cellphone, you may not have service in all areas.
For desktop I assume? If so, then I'd go with this one:

It's got the best rating of any PCI wireless adapter on NewEgg. I bought it for the new computer I built recently, and it works very, very well. I know it may sound too cheap to be good, but it really is a excellent card. :)
