I'm rrunning Win. XP on my Dell latop and when I click on the envelope at top of screen to open my OE (outlook Express), the box will pop up like it's going to open then it just 'sits' there not opening my email. What would be cause of this? Also, when I try to run a scan disk or defrag the scan disk won't run and then my defrag tells me it needs more space..please help!

Your hard drive is too full. Clean out your cache as well.
