I recantly took my laptop to future store to get repaired.and have a new problum?

its bad enough that they told me that my hard drive is toast (through the ansewr comunity i found out it was just the monitor) but now i have a new problum. the tv shows and movies i down loaded are turned upside down and placed in reverse. has enyone come across this before?

No, but I would say take it back to the repair shop and file a complaint! Esp. if you still have warranty on it.
the people you took it to must of put the moniter back together up side down.no really if you took it into them so they could fix it and they dont...you can sue them...

If you take a laptop to a shop it should be backed by 12 months warranty therefore, I would take it back to the shop and they should rectify the problem without paying a dime. It does seem strange that movies and tv shows are upside down. I would really have thought that games may have the same problem too.
