vertical lays on 864vertical: cannot see over whitepage:happened after recent full restore/reinstallation of toshiba cd after attempted blue tooth install that went wrong!? not 100% sure its solely monitor prob?
any ideas...anyone?

If the blue line is on the bios screen as well then there is a fault with the lcd screen or the onboard graphics. If it isn't try another reinstall and see if it reoccurs. If it appears on the reinstallation screen it is likely to be a fault
