Best Laptop Configuration For Running PCLinux2007?

Folks!I am planning to buy a laptop on which I plan to run solely PCLinux2007 and no other crap proprietary os.Have done some googling on laptops and there are lot of choices..But,I need to know if anyone has a laptop configuration which is just perfect for running this.

Go in HP or IBM they are having the best laptops suitable for the Linux installation .
