Would you buy your six year a laptop.?
Answers:
Maybe a little fisher price one that teaches spelling and phonics...but not a "real" one...that's just asking to be broken in a year.
NO!!
for less than 50 dollars.
it depends if my six year old takes really good care of things.
No.
There are so many things kids can enjoy. They'll be plugged into the computer soon enough.
I dont think its necessary for a six y/o to have one. Buy him playstation or something i think laptops are to expensive and they will probably brake it or spill something on it, you should wait to buy him one when hes about 13 or 14.
uhm..not a REAL laptop..one of those spellin ones..yes..but a real one..unless they prove to be really responsable..i would say know..i know how i was when i was little..remember how you were when you were little..think about that..lol..
well i know 2 and three year olds that use computers and quite well i cant see anything wrong with it i can understand your hesitation though its probably because we didnt grow up with computers at that age and it might seem a little odd a six year old with a laptop i think it would still be in important to monitor its use but
Not a real won!! Maybe won that has spelling and songs and stuff!
I wouldn't buy my 6 year old a laptop because they should be exposed to computers at age 8 aand to the internet at age 10. I ma ybuy them one of those cute spelling ones, but as long as the letters on the keyboard are formed in the way actual keyboards are formed, NOT in ABC order.
Heres a good solution, buy a cheap 2nd hand one from ebay...its still considered a laptop, so I guess it wont be a fisherprice fake hehe..
I would do that... good luck!
