I BOUGHT A DELL LAPTOP IT WAS WORKING FINE THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT SHOWED A BLUE SCREEN SAYING IF THIS IS YOU

No software can fix this. This is agreed as Blue Screen Problem . After your computer restarts, then you must be seeing a dialog box "Windows have recovered from a serious error. Format your computer to solve this problem.

See if it will move about into safe mode
On startup of window tap any f5 or f8 to see if you can get into out of danger mode
If you can - that is a correct sign and shows a conflict in window software and / or drivers
If you can - perhaps it is spyware / malware/ adware
Run adware or spybot next to updates
Unsure with constrained desription of your problem
The system recovery/restore cd-rom that came next to the computer should do the trick.
Don't reformat or reinstall Windows!
Just select the option to reinstall the drivers.
Goto the vendor website for possible updates.

What you describe is the BSOD (blue eyeshade of death) which indicates a major problem. Could be incompatibility between hardware installed contained by your machine and some of the software, possibly even a dead intricate drive. No doubt that if you have a strange machine you can ring up Dell and they will help you digit it out. If you don't have access to exact support I would try disconnecting everything attached to the laptop and reboot. Most of the time, BSOD is easily fixable, sometimes not.

Look dear it is second time when i have hear about this problems this types of problems mostly created contained by the dell laptop so dear send a complained to senior department of dell and transcribe down the complain number for future use ...
