HP Pavillion 9500t or Toshiba Satellite P200/205?

I've customized one on each of the sites and dont know which one to get. For the most part they have all the some options except the toshiba has an ATI graphics card and the hp has an nvidia graphics card. The computers are within $30 dollars of each other but the toshiba comes with free bag, all in one printer and 1gb flash drive after mail in rebates. The real selling point though is which has the best service plan for the money and im not sure which one is better and which computer is more reliable or better. The toshiba has microsoft office 2007 suite ready and the hp has microsoft office 2007 home and student. What would be the better buy and what should my service plan cover?

Answers:
Two top brands both should do well, I would go with the HP and the NV 8600GT because it is DX10 compatible. The length of the plan is up to you. 3 years with an accident feature if you can afford it is tops.
i am a high gamer and i always choose ati over nvidia due to incompatible reason of nvidia before. you should go for the hp due to easy back up reason. toshiba has lots of problems like overheat and motherboard issue. hp mainly have issue like hardware is incompatible with operating system. well also i highly recommend the accidental plan as well. they always give you a limit warranty that doesn't cover much.
The HP wins.

Why?

The HP has a larger screen. 20" versus 17".

The ATI chips are state of the art (for ATI). The NVidia chipset is yesterday. The ATI chipset should be about 50% faster for games than the NVidia set.

Both have good or decent CPUs and motherboards.

The HP is going to be a lot heavier. While I would chose the HP, if all you do is email, Net, and Office apps, then either is fine. If you play games, or view DVDs on your system, then the HP wins hands down.

While Office 2007 is better than the Student edition, the addition of a better email client is only important for business users. If you are a business user, then the low weight and better Office application might sway you to the Toshiba.

For service plans, I find if a computer works 30-90 days, it works for as long as you need. If you have kids and such, get the better service plan, the one that has "accidents" covered. I did not check out hte service plans. I think you are smart enough to know which is better. In short, I hate service plans and ignore them... kind of like I did on this part of your question. :-)

Good luck.
