Itunes, CDs, DVDs won't play on my laptop?

The thing you should do is find out what kind of sound card you have inside of your computer. I had the same problem. Go to my computer, right click, properties, hardware, device manager. Check on there to see what kind of sound controller you have. The sound controller will probably have a yellow arrow next to it, so right click on it, and click on update driver. If windows can't find the driver, see if you have a cd that came with your computer that includes the drivers for your hardware. Pop that cd in and reinstall the sound driver. If you don't have the cd, than look up on google your sound card, and a driver for it. I hope this solves your problem man.
