Assuming that your video card is onboard (meaning that it is directly integrated into the motherboard and not on an expansion slot) you should be able to modify the amount of memory used by it in the CMOS/BIOS. To do this, as soon as your computer starts booting up, look for text saying "Press DEL to enter setup" or something along those lines, then push the button identified by the text, or if it doesn't say that, while the initial splash screen is still on (the screen that has either the brand of your computer in big letters or a logo, or something about testing memory) hit the Delete and F* keys. there should be a menu on the screen with various categories on it, such as boot order, advanced settings, and so on. if it asks for a password, consult the documentation for your computer or call tech support. once in the menu, go through the pages (using the keyboard to navigate) until you find a setting that says something along the lines of "shared memory size" or "video memory", avoiding entries that say exit or load or defaults. Once you find it, adjust the value with the keys specified in the button key (something like "value increase = PgUp") until it is at a level you are comfortable with. if you cant find it, or it is already as high as it can go, back out to the main menu (usually Esc) and "Exit without saving" either through a menu item or a keypress, usually Esc, and choosing y. If you managed to find it and set it to what you wanted, go back to the menu, and either choose "save and exit" or press the key (usually F10) and select y to exit. If you managed to complete this, congratulations. If you couldn't, then assuming you didn't get confused, you simply bought a computer with a video card that has some other way of adjusting shared memory, and will have to research, or it didn't come with the feature of upgrading memory, and you'll either have to deal with it, or get a new computer.
RAM is allotted in two ways one is via the driver, which the manufacturer would have to change or the BIOS which again is not easily accessed by the user.
I don't think you can freely adjust your video memory size.
because each video memory chipset is already equip with a driver that configure the video memory shared from the RAM.
from what I see from your spec, your video memory is integrated to your motherboard, this means you can't change your video memory adapter, unless you want to change motherboard as well (which is unlikely).
soo you are stuck with you current video spec...
