It looks like the type of port that usually is plugged into a digital handheld product that then connects via usb to a computer to interface. It has an elongated backwards "s" as its symbol. I am interested to see if this can output video to my television. What is the proper name of this thing? Thanks for your help.

The port is and s-video port and u can connect video products ie dvd player and some camcorders
