I have a toshiba A130 / A135 laptop and I wanted to know how to get internet access on it?

Well it depends. Do you have a wireless card in the laptop? If you do you can grab wireless internet that is close and unsecured, or you can get charter, speed net etc. and have them provide you with service and get a wireless router to have your own internet.
