a few years ago i bought a notebook from them, not a bad price for the customized piece i got, but they don't have easy to reach support team, it's kind of hard to get a hold of them at least somebody who would answer any question you might have, i also had to open my notebook just tight down some hardware pieces i.e hard drive and CPU fan, after that i had no problems with the notebook but i was never able to get any assistant from them..
i suggest to shop around a little more before you go with ibuypower...good luck!
