I gave my laptop to technical servise for a wireless problem. Now the prolem is solved, but my laptop...?

works very slow and I cant play games that I was able to play before.besides, my microphone is not working. what can be the problem? what to do?

If you had the system in for service and they caused the new issues. The they should be the ones to fix or pay for the notebook to be fixed.
