whenever i go to the microphone test i speak into the mic on the laptop and when i hear playback its just a loud screeching sound, and its totally quiet around and i have nothing electrical by it can anyone give me a clue?
Answers:
Lower the volume on the Record properties in the Sounds and Audio Devices in Control Panel. You could also wear headphones so the sound from the mic doesn't feedback into the speakers during recording.
