I have Dell INSPIRON 64000. The DVD r/w is TSST corp (TS-L632D).?

I can write to the CD drive but I can't write to the DVD? although its DVD + RW . It gives me an error message. Can any body tell me whats the problem? and how to solve it?

Answers:
Make sure you have the DVD drivers still working. Can you read a DVD from the system right now?

Also, make sure you are using DVD-R software, and not something that is limited to CR-R.
