Is there anyway to clean/clear my laptop of everything to make it look like its never been used?

Yeah, it's called formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows! Most laptops come with a restore disc from the manufacturer to return it to the same state it was in when it was shipped/built. Of course, you'll need to reinstall any applications you want to be on there, as well as apply all the latest Windows patches and security updates.
Why in god's name do you care about preserving the wireless connection? You can easily add that back later...

You should find a location to download a program called cleanup, and configure it to do a thorough cleaning.
I use it to get a laptop ready to sell. It gets red of he old user stuff.
This will rid it of all the normal things you might find. A computer forensics expert will still be able to find a lot of it though.
