Which country sells the cheapest notebook/laptop/PSP?

been to taipei and found that the IT gadgets there are quite cheap. have any other place i can compare with??

USA . When you order from another country sure it's cheaper but you will halft to take a loan out for shipping through customs and so on:). Check out geeks.com I love that site, and have spent a crap load of money there. There so cheap. Also tigerdirect.com rocks on prices to. Watch out for rebates they suck and I have never, ever, ever got a rebate back yet.
