Well, contact tech support if nothing of the following helps:
Make sure the router thingamagigy is hooked up and on. Go right up next to it and try some of the following:
click in the corner by the time it should have something to do with wireless connection or something like that. Make sure it says connected.
Well, if you have windows vista.. I'm not really sure what to do.
But definatly call tech support. they should be able to help.
first off have you set up your laptop to connect by a broadband connection to do this go to Start>All programs>Accsesories>Communica... Connection Wizard and make sure everything is turned on and working properly
the problem might be that the router is not getting the internet make sure the modem is plugged into the router in all the right ports, if all this is right then maybe you have to configure the router you do this by connecting your computer to the router directly with an ethernet cable then opening an internet explorer page and in the address bar put the routers ip adress normally its like 168.128.0.1 or something like that all this should be in the manuals that came with the router
did u plug the dsl/cable modem in, is the modem on, check your modem to see if you connected to the internet, also your router has to be in bridge mode
