Does anyone know how to reset the Administrative Password on a Dell Inspirion 8100 Laptop?

You can go to www.dell.com/support and search for the manual on that specific laptop. I use dell and you can get the manuals in pdf for free. It will tell in the manual.

hi just tell me whether its a XP or VISTA operating system and also if its for BIOS
then u can take the BIOS battery
or else tell me which OS it is it
If you are refering to the BIOS password then you would have to open up the laptop and unplug the BIOS battery. You may be able to get at it from just below the keyboard.
If it is the windows password then you should search for a password cracker (usually a bootable linux CD) and reset it that way.
