Is there a task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) for Mac?

On windows you press that when something isnt responding but on mac i tried it but nothing happes. is there anything similar?

option + ⌘ + esc
press the apple on the top menu bar and click force quit. that is the equivalent to windows task manager
