Should I be taking the battery out of my HP Pavilion laptop when I'm using it while it's pulled in?

I never take the battery out... I think I have 3 times in the past year that I have had my computer. What's your advice?
Thanks!

Answers:
Leave it be.
No reason to remove it. Leave it in and let it charge.
Yes you save battery life if you taked it out when it is plugged in for long periods of time. Everytime you use the LT the battery charges and discharges slightly.
