My Disc drive won't read any discs on my laptop?

Your CD drive is probably broken or the lens itself may be scratched. If that is the case you need to go and buy a new cd drive
Sounds like your drive has had it, check in your device manager to see if there are any problems ?
Mine went like this and I had to buy a new external one.
have you played any disk dvd that are not uk release as this can lock your drive to that system only...
does it read data?
need to replace if short on funds buy external drive plugs into usb try pc world online than collect at store cheaper
It's probably burnt out you need to take it to the shop to get a replacement fitted they only last for about a year depending how often your using it.
